Ramada by Wyndham Medford Airport North

I stay here usually about twice a year on my way to visiting family in California. I live in Tacoma so this is about a perfect half way resting stop. Is it the nicest hotel?...no. What sets this place apart, even before it became a Ramada is the outstanding customer service feom the front desk person. They are always in great spirits, warm and inviting and a definite asset to your Team. I wish I could remember their name because they always remember mine...even 6 months later. I will continue to respit here, as long as they are the welcoming Face of the Place! Thank you

The options for $55 down the street at a motel six or 76 bucks for a king size bed here that came with a gym pass down the street to crush fitness for a week and breakfast- The towels were actually extremely flush. The beds were worth the $20 upgrade from the Motel 6 and the exit at breakfast even though microwaved and stuck in a bin. We're still delicious.- Their coffee juice and tea is available 24 seven and that saves you five dollars at the gas station Saved us 20 bucks for a gym pass for the two of us and the breakfast saved us another $10... The water ran hot in the shower. It was excellent. The sheets were crisp and white. I can't say much about the floor. Didn't really care. Got their super late popped a melatonin and slept like a baby. Again the staff were rave

i love the customer service. Hawthorne is the person helped us. very courteous and kind. you don’t get that more often these days. and the room is clean. the only complaint is there’s a distinct sweat smell in the room. other than that, highly recommend if you are looking for a just passing-by stay.

Laura and Hawthorne were awesome. They were very helpful for all needs. Took care of me when I was in a bind. Great staff and they put me in a good quiet clean room. If I ever have to stay in Medford area again I will sure be staying here. Thanks again!

I just checked into my room at Ramada and LOVE the front desk staff. I didn't get his name but he was so warm and welcoming. However much they are paying him isn't enough because he made my day by just being so kind and polite. The room was very clean. I appreciate that they have make up remover, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom so I don't need to unpack my whole suitcase to take a shower.

We got in late and were greeted by the friendliest staff. Hawthorne made sure we had everything we needed after a long flight and rough day. Loved the hot shower with good water pressure and beds were comfy. The building is run down but everything was clean and service was excellent

The front desk staff was supper nice. They lady name Lauren she was amazing. We was on the road all night and called to see if we could check in earlier. She called us as soon as our room was ready. When we got there she checked us in. We had my service animal. She came over to say hi to him. I forgot my poo bags for my service animal. They had some outside by the pet area. I was so glad they had that their for us. The gave my mom a ride to the airport. They helped my Mom with her luggage at the airport. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. The room was supper clean. The breakfast they have there was really good. The coffee and juice bar was open alll day and night. . They are close to Arby’s . The was all amazing

The friendliness of the entire staff made my stay feel like I was home. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was great. Special shout out to Teresa, Hawthorne, Ray, Gabby and Meghan. Next time I travel to Medford I will definitely stay here!
